Meet Abigail — The Heart Behind Mountain View Equestrian
Most riding instructors have decades behind them. Abigail started teaching people to ride at 13 — and hasn't looked back since.
Growing up with a deep love for horses, Abigail didn't wait for permission to turn her passion into something real. She built Mountain View Equestrian from the ground up, creating a program rooted in patience, horsemanship, and genuine connection — one rider at a time. At 18, she's not just teaching people to ride; she's proving that age is no barrier to expertise, dedication, or building something meaningful.
Her teaching style is approachable and encouraging, meeting every rider exactly where they are. Students don't just learn to sit in a saddle — they learn to communicate with horses, build confidence, and develop a love for the Western lifestyle that lasts long after they leave the barn.
Abigail's story isn't just inspiring — it's the reason Mountain View Equestrian feels different from anywhere else.

Esther is a recent addition to the team. You will see her interning around the ranch as she learns the ropes! She watches lessons, helps get horses ready, and cares for our equine team. Be sure to say hi and thank her next team you see her around! We are so thankful for Esther!
At 12 years old, Esther already has years of horse experience and is more than prepared for her role on the ranch. She knows about more than just riding; she is an essential part of the day to day care of our horses including feeding and vet care. If there's someone who knows what she's talking about when it comes to caring for the horses, it's Esther!
