We are so grateful to have found Abigail and Mountain View Equestrian! My kids attended summer camp last year and absolutely loved it—it was the perfect blend of fun, community, outdoor adventure, and hands‑on learning with horses.

We also hosted my daughter’s birthday party there, and it was truly wonderful. Sweet, memorable, and such a special experience for her and her friends.

Now my daughter has started weekly lessons with Abigail, and it has been amazing to watch her skills and confidence grow. Abigail is an exceptional instructor—she teaches both the technical and intuitive aspects of riding, emphasizes proper horse care, and creates such a positive, encouraging environment.  We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Mountain View Equestrian!

Mountain View Equestrian has been such a wonderful experience for our daughter. Over the past year, Abigail has helped her grow tremendously in both her riding skills and confidence. She is patient, encouraging, and a fantastic role model. We especially admire the passion and dedication she brings as a young entrepreneur. The horses are all gentle and wonderful with our daughter, and spending time at the barn truly fills both our buckets with our shared love of horses. Abigail is incredibly patient, responsible, and wonderful with kids. Ophelia had some fears and hesitations around riding, and Abigail never rushed her or made her feel uncomfortable. Instead, she took the time to build Ophelia’s confidence at her own pace, always encouraging her with kindness and patience.

It’s especially impressive to see someone so young take on the responsibility of running her own business, and Abigail handles it with such maturity and professionalism. She clearly has a genuine love for horses and for helping kids learn.

Abigail is an incredible riding instructor and a lovely human being. She is patient, calm, and knowledgeable, and in just a few lessons, we saw significant improvement in our daughter’s riding ability. I cannot recommend her services strongly enough.
